South, Co. Dublin. REQUIRE: 1 Caretaker to join their team. HOURS PER
WEEK: *.5 hrs. Reporting to the Centre Manager,
the caretakers role is to support the Centre team in maintaining the
premises to its highest standards. DUTIES AND TASKS; Provide indoor
and outdoor support, assistance and back up to the general upkeep of
the Balgaddy Child & Family Centre Premises. INDOOR DUTIES:
Preparation, and restoration (cleaning, set-up and organisation) of
rooms for various activities, events and classes held in the centre;
small domestic DIY i.e. painting and upkeep, as directed by Manager,
and in line with health and safety requirements OUTDOOR DUTIES: Garden
and grounds - upkeep and maintenance to include maintenance of
established gardens, flowerbeds, grass cutting and green areas,
grounds and front of centre premises. Any other duties that may be
required from time to time and as directed by the Centre Manager.
